The Very Model of a Modern Dame Hospitaller

The Writings of Beth Kimbell

The Wit and Wisdom of an Hermetic Harridan with a Pretty Taste for Paradox

Sister Beth Kimbell has been an initiate of the O.T.O. since Anno IVix. She has held most positions at her home body of Knights Templar Oasis, in Salem, MA, and remains active as local Initiation Chair, Initiator, E.G.C. Priestess, Special Events Coordinator, sometime class facilitator, and Newsletter Editor. She is also a member of Sekhet-Maat Lodge, in Portland, OR. She is heavily active in the conference arena coordinating NOTOCON VI, Anno IVxv, since then serving as National Conference Committee Secretary for U.S.G.L.; speaking at the Mystics, Mothers, and Magicians Symposium held in Sacramento, Anno IVxvi; and was appointed U.S.G.L. Kaaba Coordinator Anno IVxvii. She has spoken on Hospitality at U.S.G.L.’s Minerval Colloquium (NOTOCON VII, Anno IVxvii) and at Kaaba, Anno IVxviii, and recently spoke on How to Host a Party at both the Fetish Fair Fleamarket #34 (panelist) and the Leather Expo Day of Education (presenter); taking the spirit of Hospitality everywhere she goes. She is a proud member of a leather family known for their advocacy and activism in the Kink World. In her spare time, she works as a Facilities Manager for a Security and Defense R&D lab, attempts to uplift humanity by setting the example of a Free Woman living by her convictions; practices magick; plays D&D; plans events for charity; and caters the rare wedding; but, spends most of her down time reading, writing her next essay or ritual, or compulsively rearranging her home. In addition to O.T.O., she is a supporter of NORML, ACLU, NCSF, SFLDEF, MAsT, and is an active member of the Society of Industrial Security Professionals and the New England Leather Alliance.

She likes things ‘Just-So’ and idolizes Benjamin Franklin.
