List of Unicursal Hexagram Sightings
Sightings of the Unicursal Hexagram in books and other media that are directly about Aleister Crowley, Thelema, and related subject matter would all but certainly be 1:1 and thus not distinct. Instead, included here are sighting of the unicursal hexagram in other books and media where the use is indirect or even bizarre.
If you notice an unicursal hexagram somewhere it doesn't seem to naturally fit, submit it to the Librarian for possible inclusion.
Zweihander RPG
Zweihander RPG, a grimdark old school revival tabletop RPG with similar mechanics and themes to Warhammer Fantasy, from Grim and Perilous Studios includes a unicursal hexagram as a graphical element in many places, including as a bullet point as well as a generic and general design element, for no discernible direct reason connected to the material of the game. In one place the symbol is associated with “monstrous beings … secretly awoken from their ancient slumber” so the use may simply be to indirectly import a sense of spookiness, which is a particularly bland example of the Crowley Corollary.

Unicursal hexagram associated in Zweihander RPG material with “monstrous beings … secretly awoken from their ancient slumber” along with the “eye in the pyramid” associated with “superstition” as a “foundation of every day life and all faiths”. So the strange use of well-known symbols to indicate unrelated ideas doesn't seem to be unique here. Detail image from https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/zweihander/zweihander-rpg-starter-kit
Toyota City, Japan
An image which has a silhouette strikingly similar to the unicursal hexagram appears to be the logo for Toyota City, Japan. It is not clear that there is any cultural or historic reason for this similarity, except that the overall design does seem to be an angular re-imagining of the asymmetrical ovals in the Toyota automobile company logo and ornament. This design is used on the city's website as a logo, a general element, and a bullet point. HT Blasting Rod
