The Galactic Research Institute's Rinri Project has released the Rinri Project Newsletter III: Volume 4, Number 3.

Jose Arguelles is the founder of Planet Art Network and the Foundation for the Law of Time, of which the Galactic Research Institute is a division. Arguelles gained much notoriety for his role in the Harmonic Convergence event, and his book about the Maya calendar, The Mayan Factor: Path Beyond Technology. After this books success, Arguelles and his wife produced “Dreamspell: The Journey of Timeship Earth 2013” and a dreamspell tool “Telektonon: The Talking Stone of Prophesy,” with the Dreamspell being the source of Arguelles' 13 Moon/28 Day Calendar.

Arguelles also had a prominent role in Daniel Pinchbeck's book 2012: The Return of Quetzalcoatl.

This release of his newsletter revisits the ideas of the Dreamspell and notion of leaving the current 12 month measurement of time behind. It's actually quite interesting… not to mention colorful.
